Palak Chutney

Ingredients

Coconut (grated, fresh)
- 1 cup
•
Palak leaves
- 15
•
Garlic
- 2 flakes
•
Green chillies
- 4
•
Salt
- as required
•
Lemon
- ½
•
Oil (for frying)
- as required
Method
1.
Peel
garlic
,
chop
green chillies
and
fry
both in little
oil
.
2.
Add
washed
palak leaves
(do not
chop
the
leaves
) and by
fry
until
leaves
shrink.
3. Allow to cool and
grind
it with
coconut
,
salt
to chutney consistency.
4. Squeeze
lemon
,
mix
well and
serve
.
