Mint Coriander Chutney

Ingredients

Mint leaves
- 1 cup
•
Coriander leaves
- ½ bunch
•
Green chillies
- 3
•
Lemon
- 1
•
Cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon
•
Sugar
- 1 teaspoon
•
Salt (powdered)
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1.
Wash
mint
,
coriander leaves
properly and
grind
it with
chillies
,
cumin
,
salt
, black
salt
and
sugar
to a smooth
paste
.
2.
Mix
lemon
juice to the chutney.
3. Separately
keep
half of the thick chutney for
mixing
bhel-puri.
4. To the rest of the chutney
mix
approximately 5 cups of
water
and
strain
it through fine-mesh strainer.
5.
Taste
and adjust quantity of
salt
.
6.
Serve
as pani to
pour
in pani-puri.
