Coriander Lemon Chutney

Coriander leaves
- 2 bunches
•
Green chillies
- 3
•
Cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
•
Ginger
- 2 inch pieces
•
Grams (roasted)
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
Lemon
- ½
Ingredients For Seasoning

Oil
- 1 teaspoon
•
Mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1.
Wash
coriander
properly and then
cut
.
2.
Scrape
ginger
and
grind
it with
chillies
,
cumin
and
salt
.
3.
Add
roasted
gram
and
grind
properly.
4.
Mix
coriander leaves
at this stage and
grind
to a coarse chutney.
5. Squeeze
lemon
juice to that.
6.
Heat
oil
,
add
mustard
and
mix
with chutney.
