Tofu Chutney

Ingredients

Coconut (grated, fresh)
- 3 tablespoons
•
Green chillies
- 5
•
Ginger
- ½ inch piece
•
Salt
- ½ teaspoon
•
Tofus (grated)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Lemon
- 1
Ingredients For Seasoning
•
Oil
- ½ teaspoon
•
Mustard
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Asafoetida powder
- 2 pinches
Method
1.
Grind
chillies
,
coconut
, finely
cut
ginger
along with
salt
in a mixie to a
coarse paste
.
2.
Add
coconut
along with little
water
, and
grind
once.
3.
Mix
grated
Tofu
at the end and
grind
just once lightly.
4. Take it in a vessel and squeeze
lemon
to that.
5.
Heat
oil
,
add
mustard
, allow to crackle,
mix
asafoetida
in that
oil
and then
pour
over chutney.
