Hotel Mint Chutney

Ingredients

Mint leaves
- 2 cups
•
Green chillies
- 3
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
•
Onions (small)
- 2
•
Lemon
- 1
•
Sugar
- 1 teaspoon
•
Curd (fresh, thick)
- ΒΌ cup
Method
1.
Wash
mint leaves
and
grind
it with
green chillies
,
onion
,
salt
,
sugar
to a thick
paste
.
2. Squeeze
lemon
juice while
grinding
so that green colour of chutney is retained.
3.
Strain
curds
through a fine mesh strainer to
remove
excess moisture and then whip it.
4.
Mix
with ground
mint
chutney.
