Potato Masala Curry

Ingredients

• • Onions - 2
• • Potato - ¼ kg
• • Turmeric powder - ¼ teaspoon
• • Salt - as required
• • Red chilly powder - 1 teaspoon
• • Dhania powder - ½ teaspoon

Method

• 1. Slice onions lengthwise.
• 2. Pressure cook potatoes, peel outer skin and cut into big cubes.
• 3. Heat oil in a frying pan, fry onions till crisp. Add dhania powder in that oil itself.
• 4. Mix diced potatoes, turmeric powder and stir for few minutes.
• 5. Sprinkle salt, chilly powder at the end and remove from fire.
