Rawa Chapati

Ingredients
•
Rawa
- 1 cup
•
Water
- 1 ½ cups
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
•
Oil
- 3 tablespoons
Method
1.
Mix
salt
and flour together in a
mixing
bowl.
2.
Heat
water
with a Teaspoon of
oil
.
3. When it starts bubbling up
pour
it on the flour and
mix
quickly with a flat laddie.
Keep
closed.
4. When the dough becomes bearably warm, knead to a smooth dough smearing little
oil
to hands.
5. If necessary sprinkle little
water
while kneading.
Make
even sized balls.
6.
Roll
out into thin chapati using little wheat flour or rice flour for dusting.
7.
Heat
a tawa or flat dosa pan. Put chapati on top of that.
8. When it puffs up, turn over and
cook
till brown specks are formed on both sides.
9. After
removing
from fire smear little
oil
or ghee on top.
10. These chapati remain soft even without using
oil
.
