Egg Chapati

Ingredients
•
Wheat flour
- 1 cup
•
Salt
- ½ teaspoon
•
Sugar
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Water
- as required
•
Eggs
- 4
•
Cumin pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Garam masala powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Salt
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Onions (finely minced)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Coriander leaves (cut)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Mint leaves (cut)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Green chillies (minced)
- 2
•
Oil/Ghee (for frying)
- as required
Method
1.
Mix
salt
and
sugar
to the
wheat flour
and
make
chapati dough with enough
water
.
2. Knead well and
keep
aside for few hours.
3. Beat
eggs
with a teaspoon of
water
.
4.
Mix
other
ingredients
to that.
5.
Make
a chapati as thin as possible, put on a hot tawa, turn over when it starts bubbling up.
6. Apply
ghee
on top and
pour
little
egg
mixture
on top and
spread
evenly.
7.
Pour
little
ghee
to the sides of the chapatis.
8. Turn over and
cook
again till the
egg
mixture
sets.
Serve
hot.
