Mix Vegetable Chapati

Ingredients
•
Wheat flour
- 1 cup
•
Green chillies
- 1 teaspoon
•
Ginger (crushed)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Cauliflowers (grated)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Cabbages (grated)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Carrots (grated)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Red chilly powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Garam masala powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Mint leaves (chopped)
- ½ tablespoon
•
Oil
- 2 tablespoons
Method
1.
Heat
oil
in a pan and
add
green chillies
,
ginger
,
cauliflower
,
cabbage
,
carrot
,
salt
,
red chilly powder
,
garam masala powder
,
coriander powder
, and saute it.
2.
Grind
the sauteed
vegetable
and then
add
coriander leaves
,
mint leaves
and transfer it into a plate.
3.
Mix
wheat flour
with enough
water
and
make
chapati dough with the sauteed mixed
vegetables
.
4. Divide dough into small portion and
roll
chapati.
5.
Heat
the tawa and
cook
chapati on both side with little
oil
.
6.
Serve
with any curry or raita.
