Masala Egg Toast

Bread slices

Milk
- 3 tablespoons

Butter or ghee

Ingredients For Grinding Together
•
Green chillies
- 2
•
Ginger
- 1 inch piece
•
Cinnamon stick
- 1
•
Clove
- 1

Onion
- ½
•
Salt
- as required
Method
1. Apply butter to the
bread slices
on both sides.
2.
Grind
the
ingredients
to a fine
paste
and
mix
with
milk
and beaten
egg
.
3.
Heat
a sauce pan,
melt
little butter,
dip
the
slice
quickly in the
egg
mixture
, both the sides and toast.
4. When both sides are evenly browned
remove
from fire and
serve
hot.
