Masala Egg Toast

Ingredients

• • Eggs - 2
• • Bread slices - 12
• • Milk - 3 tablespoons
• • Butter or ghee - 4 tablespoons

Ingredients For Grinding Together

• • Green chillies - 2
• • Ginger - 1 inch piece
• • Cinnamon stick - 1
• • Clove - 1
• • Onion - ½
• • Salt - as required

Method

• 1. Apply butter to the bread slices on both sides.
• 2. Grind the ingredients to a fine paste and mix with milk and beaten egg.
• 3. Heat a sauce pan, melt little butter, dip the slice quickly in the egg mixture, both the sides and toast.
• 4. When both sides are evenly browned remove from fire and serve hot.
