Potato Omelette

Potatoes

Eggs

Salt
- as required
•
Chilly powder
- ΒΌ teaspoon
•
Onion
- 1

Garam masala
- a pinch
•
Oil/Butter
- as required
Method
1.
Peel
and skin,
grate
the
potatoes
and blanch it in
hot water
.
2. Dry well and
fry
in hot
oil
till brown.
3.
Drain
excess
oil
. Beat
eggs
.
4. Season with
salt
,
chilly powder
, diced
onions
, fried
potatoes
and
garam masala
.
5.
Mix
well and
pour
like thick omelette.
6. Shake continuously and
cook
on both sides till firm,
cut
into four and
serve
, or
cook
one side alone and
keep
under hot
grill
for one minute and
serve
hot.
