Masala Omelette

Ingredients

Eggs

Onion (chopped)
- ½

Tomato (chopped)
- 1

Green chillies (chopped)

Oil
- 2 teaspoons

Butter
- 2 tablespoons
•
Salt
- as required
•
Pepper
- as required
•
Coriander leaves
- a little
•
Spring onions (chopped)
- as required
•
Cheese (grated)
- 2 tablespoons
Method
1.
Heat
oil
in a pan and
add
onion
,
tomato
and
green chillies
.
2. Let the
vegetables
sweat lightly then turn down the
heat
and let the
vegetables
cook
.
3. Then
break
3
eggs
and
whisk
them nicely.
Add
salt
and
pepper
to flavor.
4.
Mix
the
eggs
and the
vegetable
and saute them.
5. Then
heat
the pan with
butter
and
pour
the
mixture
in the pan.
6. Sprinkle fresh
coriander leaves
,
spring onions
and grated
cheese
on the
mixture
and let it
fry
.
7.
Serve
hot.
