Herbed Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken (cut into pieces)
- 1 kg
•
Garlic (crushed)
- 6 cloves
•
Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons
•
Wine
- 4 tablespoons
(optional)
•
Onion (finely chopped)
- 1
•
Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons
•
Salt
- as required
•
Red chilly powder
- as required
•
Basil (fresh or dried)
- 2 teaspoons
•
Thymes
- 1 teaspoon
•
Pudinas
- a few
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Heat
oil
in a nonstick pan.
Add
onion
and
garlic
.
Fry
for 1-2 minutes till
onion
gets soft.
2.
Add
chicken
and all the
seasonings
.
3.
Fry
for 2-3 minutes on high
heat
. Lower
heat
.
Cover
and
cook
till tender.
4. Increase
heat
to
make
it nearly dry.
5. Decorate with chopped parsley,
lemon
wedges and
serve
hot.
