Methi Chicken Chat

Ingredients
•
Chicken (cut into small pieces)
- 500 grams
•
Oil
- 1 teaspoon
•
Ginger (chopped)
- ½ inch piece
•
Salt
- as required
•
Pepper powder
- as required
•
Kasoori methis/Dried fenugreek leaves
- 2 tablespoons
•
Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons
•
Coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon
Method
1.
Heat
oil
in a nonstick pan.
Add
finely chopped
ginger
.
Fry
for 1-2 minutes.
2.
Add
chicken
and
fry
for 1-2 minutes.
3.
Cover
and lower
heat
.
Keep
cooking
till the
chicken
is tender.
4.
Add
all
seasonings
except fresh dhania.
5. Increase
heat
and dry
chicken
completely.
6.
Serve
hot, garnished with fresh chopped
coriander
.
