Ingredients

Oil
- 1 tablespoon

Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon

Onions (chopped)
- 1 cup

Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon
•
Green chillies
- 2
•
Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Red chilly powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Coriander powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
Fenugreek leaves (dry)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Tomato puree
- 1 cup
•
Sugar
- ½ teaspoon
•
Salt
- ½ teaspoon
•
Bell pepper (julienned)
- 1 cup
•
Paneer (julienned)
- 250 grams
•
Tomatoes (chopped)
- 2
•
Garam masala powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon
•
Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon
Method
1.
Heat
oil
in a pan and
add
cumin
.
Add
onions
and saute until translucent.
2.
Add
ginger-garlic paste
,
green chilly
and
fry
until a fragrant aroma appears.
3.
Add
turmeric powder
,
red chilly powder
,
coriander powder
, dry
fenugreek leaves
and
stir
.
4.
Add
tomato puree
,
sugar
,
salt
and
cook
for a few minutes.
5.
Add
bell pepper
and
mix
well.
6.
Add
paneer
and
tomato
.
Mix
evenly and gently.
7.
Add
garam masala powder
,
coriander leaves
,
lemon juice
and
mix
well.
8.
Cover
and
cook
for a few minutes so the flavours are incorporated.
