Cabbage Raita

Ingredients

Cabbages (grated)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Capsicums (diced)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Oil
- as required
•
Cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Curd
- 1 cup
•
Coriander leaves
- a few
•
Raisins
- ½ teaspoon
(optional)
Method
1.
Grate
cabbage
.
2. Finely
dice
capsicums
.
3.
Heat
oil
and
fry
for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Cool thoroughly.
5.
Add
cumin powder
,
pepper powder
, and
salt
.
6. Beat
curds
till thick and creamy.
7.
Mix
everything together.
8. Garnish with
cut
coriander leaves
.
9.
Add
raisins
if desired.
