Capsicum Raita

Ingredients

Curd
- 1 cup
•
Capsicums (chopped)
- ¼ cup
•
Green chilly (chopped)
- 1
•
Cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Oil
- 1 teaspoon
•
Cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon
•
Coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Wash
and
chop
capsicum
in bite size, finely
chop
green chilly
,
coriander leaves
.
2.
Whisk
curd
well in a wide bowl and
keep
aside.
3. In a small pan or wok
heat
oil
add
cumin seeds
and allow to splutter.
4.
Add
capsicum
,
green chilly
and
cook
for a minute or two, don't
get
capsicum
get
brown and it should retain the crunchiness.
5.
Add
cumin powder
,
salt
with
curd
and
whisk
well.
Add
cooked
capsicum
,
coriander leaves
and
mix
well.
