Curd
- 1 ½ cups

Pomegranate seeds
- ½ cup
•
Salt
- as required
•
Cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Peppercorn powder (fresh)
- ¼ teaspoon
(optional)
•
Sugar
- ½ teaspoon
•
Coriander leaves (chopped)
- ½ teaspoon
•
Yogurt
- 1 cup
Method
1.
Cut
the take all
pomegranate seeds
for ½ cup we need half of large
pomegranate
.
2. Place
pomegranate seeds
in a bowl,
add
rest of
ingredients
.
3.
Mix
everything well to
blend
, with the back of spoon
crush
few
pomegranate seeds
to release juice.
4. Or you can use a mixer to crunch 2-3 Tablespoon
pomegranate seeds
and
add
with
yogurt
.
5.
Serve
immediately or chill and
serve
.
