- ¾ cup

Green chilly

- ¼ teaspoon

Fennel powder
- ¼ teaspoon
(optional)

Coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon

Method
1.
Peel
and
grate
beetroot
, finely
chop
green chilly
,
coriander leaves
(Cilantro).
2. In a bowl
add
beetroot
,
coriander leaves
,
green chilly
, rock
salt
,
salt
,
cumin powder
,
fennel powder
and
mix
well,
keep
aside for 5 minutes for beets to release juice and
mix
with all flavors.
3. After 5 minutes or more if you want to
keep
,
add
chilled beaten
curd
and
mix
well.
4. Adjust
salt
if required.
