- 25 grams

- 25 grams

- 25 grams

Cream
- 50 milliliters
•
Cashew nut
- 75 grams

Coriander leaves
- 1 bunch
•
Sunflower oil
- 75 milliliters
Method
1.
Heat
sunflower oil
in thick bottom pan,
add
chopped
onions
and
cook
well until golden brown.
2.
Add
Ginger Garlic Paste
.
3.
Add
chopped
tomatoes
,
cook
until
oil
comes out from side.
4.
Add
fresh
green chillies
,
turmeric powder
,
chilly powder
,
coriander powder
.
5.
Make
cashew nut
paste
and
add
to gravy;
cook
well.
6.
Wash
&
drain
mushroom
and
cut
into quarter.
7.
Add
mushroom
&
american corn
to gravy.
8. Adjust
Seasoning
.
9. Finish with
Cooking
Cream
and
Coriander leaves
