Eggs (boiled)

Onions (small)
- ½ cup

Tomatoes

Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon

Salt
- as required

Chilly powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
Dhania powder
- 1 tablespoon
•
Curd
- ½ cup
•
Oil
- 2 tablespoons
•
Cardamoms
- 4
•
Cinnamon stick
- 1
•
Sugar
- as required
Ingredients For Grinding Together
•
Coconut (scraped)
- ¼ cup
•
Poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon
•
Cashew nuts
- 15
Method
1.
Peel
onions
and
slice
it. Blanch
tomatoes
in
hot water
,
remove
skin and
make
puree.
2.
Heat
oil
.
Add
cardamom
,
cinnamon
,
fry
for a minute
add
onions
and
fry
.
3.
Mix
ginger-garlic paste
,
salt
,
sugar
and
dhania powder
.
4.
Add
curds
and continue
frying
in low
heat
till
oil
separates.
5.
Pour
tomato
puree and
fry
till
water
evaporates from it.
6.
Add
chilly powder
, boiled slit
eggs
, with enough
water
.
7.
Cook
for a few minutes and finally
add
ground
mixture
.
8.
Boil
for 5 minutes and
remove
from fire.
