Chicken Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
•
Chicken stock
- 5 ½ cups
•
Milk
- 1 cup
•
Shredded chickens
- ¼ cup
•
Mushroom (roughly chopped)
- 75 grams
•
Butter
- 1 ½ tablespoons
•
Flour/Maida
- 1 ½ tablespoons
•
Salt
- as required
•
Pepper
- as required
•
Cream (fresh)
- as required
•
Parsley
- as required
Method
1.
Mix
the
chicken stock
and
milk
and
keep
aside.
2.
Heat
butter
in a pan.
3.
Add
mushrooms
and
fry
for 4-5 minutes on low
heat
till soft.
4. Sprinkle the
flour
over the
mushrooms
and
stir
on low
heat
for ½ minute.
5.
Add
stock
and
milk
mixture
. Bring to a
boil
,
stirring
continuously till thick.
Remove
from fire.
6.
Add
shredded chicken
,
salt
and
pepper
.
Cook
for a minute.
Serve
hot, garnished with fresh
cream
and
parsley
.
