- 1 tablespoon

Mustard seeds
- ¼ teaspoon

Curry leaves
- 1 sprig
Method
1.
Fry
the "For
Grinding
together"
ingredients
in little
oil
and
grind
with ½ cup of fresh grated
coconut
.
2.
Cut
banana
with skin into half lengthwise and then
slice
it to ¼ inch thick pieces.
3.
Cook
yam
,
banana
in enough
water
with
turmeric powder
.
4.
Add
salt
,
ground paste
and
cook
till thick.
5.
Fry
coconut
to golden yellow in
coconut oil
and
add
to gravy after
removing
from fire.
6.
Fry
mustard seeds
in little
oil
and
add
to gravy.
7. Garnish with
curry leaves
.
