Ash gourd

Yellow pumpkin
- 150 grams

Tomato
- 120 grams

Apple

Fenugreek leaves
- 1 bunch

Palak leaves
- 1 tablespoon
•
Ginger
- ½ inch piece
•
Salt
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Pepper
- 2 pinches
•
Honey
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1.
Remove
thick skin from
pumpkin
,
ash gourd
and
cut
into convenient sized pieces.
2. Take off
seeds
and centre core alone from
apple
.
3. Put
ginger
, bunched up
leaves
into the juice extractor goblet followed with other
vegetables
.
4. To the extract
add
salt
,
pepper
,
honey
and
mix
well.
5.
Serve
in small glasses immediately with or without ice according to
taste
.
