White Gravy - Kofta Shahi Korma

Ingredients

Onion
- 500 grams
•
Cashew nut
- 200 grams
•
Bay leaves
- 2
•
Cardamom
- 25 grams
•
Green chillies
- 2
•
Salt
- as required
•
White pepper
- 25 grams
•
Butter
- 50 grams
•
Cream (fresh)
- 6 teaspoons
•
Oil
- 100 grams
•
Potatoes
- 2
•
Paneer
- 50 grams
•
Pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon
•
Corn flour
- 1 teaspoon
•
Cardamom powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Sugar
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1. Take a pan
add
water
boil
the
water
.
2. Now
add
sliced
onions
and
Cashew nuts
to the pan and
grind
them to a
paste
.
3. Take another pan
add
oil
add
cardamom
,
Bay leaves
and sliced
green chillies
,
add
the
paste
in the pan.
Mix
it well.
4. Take boiled
potatoes
and grated
Paneer
add
Black
pepper
dry grapes and
cashew nuts
and
wheat flour
and
corn flour
, chopped
green chillies
.
Mash
it all together.
5. Now
roll
it and
make
small balls using it. Dust those balls in
wheat flour
.
Fry
them in
oil
till it becomes golden brown. The kofta balls are ready now.
6. Now
add
cardamom powder
,
pepper powder
,
salt
to the gravy. Also
add
butter
, fresh
cream
and little
sugar
.
7. Now
serve
the kofta balls with rich white gravy garnish it with
cream
and
butter
and
cashew nuts
.
