Vegetable Juice

Ingredients

Tomato
- 500 grams
•
Carrot
- 300 grams
•
Celery stalks
- 2
•
Capsicum
- 1
•
Spinaches
- a handful
•
Beetroot
- ½
•
Beetroot leaf/Beetroot stem
- 1
•
Garlic
- 1 clove
•
Mango ginger
- ½ inch piece
•
Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon
•
Salt
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Honey
- 2 teaspoons
Method
1.
Wash
all the
vegetables
properly using
vegetable
cleaning brush wherever necessary to
remove
pesticides on top of the
vegetable
.
2.
Wash
all the
leaves
in lukewarm
water
.
3.
Peel
outer skin from
beetroot
.
4.
Cut
all the
vegetables
into convenient sized pieces.
5. Put
garlic
,
ginger
into the juicer goblet followed by all the
leaves
,
stalk
and then with hard
vegetables
, finally with watery
vegetables
.
6. To the extract
add
salt
,
lemon juice
,
honey
and
mix
well and
serve
.
