Ingredients

Peas
- ½ cup

Carrot

Beetroot

Beans
- ¼ cup

Potato
- 1

Cabbage
- ½
•
Salt
- as required
•
Curd (fresh)
- 2 cups
•
Oil
- 2 tablespoons
•
Cardamoms
- 3
•
Cinnamon
- 3
•
Garlic (separated & peeled)
- 2 flakes
•
Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Green chillies
- 4
•
Chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Coconut extract
- ½ cup
•
Coriander leaves
- a little
Method
1.
Wash
and
cut
vegetables
into desired size.
2.
Cook
with just enough
water
. (Pressure
cook
until one whistle directly in cooker.
Strain
water
and use as required)
3.
Heat
oil
in a
frying
pan,
fry
cardamom
,
cinnamon
,
garlic
and
cut
chillies
.
4.
Add
vegetables
along with
chilly powder
,
salt
,
coconut extract
and
curds
.
5.
Simmer
for 10 minutes.
6. Garnish with
cut
coriander leaves
and
serve
hot.
Variation
•
Fry
green chillies
and poppy
seeds
in little
oil
.
•
Grind
it along with little
coconut
, onion, 1 tomato, few
garlic
flakes and little ginger.
•
Fry
onions and then
add
ground paste
.
• When it smells good
add
cooked
vegetable
and
salt
.
Cook
until done.
