Ingredients
•
Maize flour
- 2 ½ cups
•
Wheat flour
- 1 cup
•
Bengal gram flour
- 1 teaspoon
•
Gram flour (roasted)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Rice flour
- ½ cup
•
Curd (fresh)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Sugar
- 1 teaspoon
•
Salt
- 2 teaspoons
•
Green chilly paste
- 1 teaspoon
•
Oil (for the dough)
- ¼ cup
•
Cucumbers (grated)
- 2 cups
•
Gingelly seeds
- 1 tablespoon
•
Oil (for deep frying)
- as required
Method
1.
Mix
all the
ingredients
together in
mixing
bowl.
2. Sprinkle little
water
and knead to stiff dough.
3.
Roll
out into thick, small circles and deep
fry
in hot
oil
.
Serve
hot.
Note
• Use the dough immediately after
mixing
.
• After
mixing
all the
ingredients
together divide it into 4 or 5 parts.
• Then
mix
water
to each portion to
make
dough just before
frying
.
