Tomato Spicy Chutney

Ingredients

Tomatoes (ripe)
- 8
•
Onions (big)
- 2
•
Ginger (peeled & cut)
- 1 inch piece
•
Garlic
- 5 flakes
•
Green chillies
- 4
•
Salt
- as required
•
Oil (for frying)
- as required
Ingredients For Roasting & Grinding
•
Red chillies
- 3
•
Dhania
- 2 teaspoons
Method
1.
Cut
onions
and
tomatoes
finely.
2.
Heat
oil
in a
frying
pan and
fry
green chillies
,
garlic
and then
add
onion
,
ginger
.
3.
Fry
stirring
constantly until
onions
turns translucent.
4.
Add
tomatoes
and
fry
until moisture is absorbed completely. Allow to cool thoroughly.
5.
Mix
salt
and
grind
to smooth
paste
.
6.
Add
roasted
chillies
,
dhania
powder
to that and
mix
well and
serve
.
