Garlic

Ginger
- ΒΌ inch piece

Green chillies

Salt
- as required
Ingredients For Roasting & Grinding

Red chillies
- 3

Dhania
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Chop
onions
length wise, and
tomatoes
finely.
2.
Heat
little
oil
and
fry
green chillies
,
garlic
,
onions
and then
tomatoes
, till moisture is absorbed.
3.
Add
ginger
paste
with
salt
and well.
4.
Mix
dhania
powder
just before
removing
from fire.
