Tomato Chutney with Garlic

Ingredients

• • Onions (big) - 3
• • Tomatoes - 7
• • Garlic - 4 flakes
• • Ginger - ¼ inch piece
• • Green chillies - 3
• • Salt - as required

Ingredients For Roasting & Grinding

• • Red chillies - 3
• • Dhania - 1 teaspoon

Method

• 1. Chop onions length wise, and tomatoes finely.
• 2. Heat little oil and fry green chillies, garlic, onions and then tomatoes, till moisture is absorbed.
• 3. Add ginger paste with salt and well.
• 4. Mix dhania powder just before removing from fire.
