Red chillies

Black gram dal
- 1 teaspoon
•
Fenugreek
- 2 pinches
•
Dhania
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
Curry leaves
- 2 sprigs
Other Ingredients
•
Coriander leaf
- 1 small bunch
•
Tamarind
- lime size
•
Salt
- as required
Ingredients For Seasoning
•
Mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon
•
Cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1.
Chop
onions
and
tomatoes
.
2.
Fry
in
oil
green chillies
,
onions
and
tomatoes
till moisture is absorbed.
3.
Grind
it along with powdered
ingredients
,
coriander leaves
,
tamarind
and
salt
.
4.
Heat
little
oil
and
tamper
with
mustard
,
cumin seeds
.
5.
Mix
with the chutney.
