Tomato Carrot Cucumber Juice

Ingredients

Tomato
- 120 grams
•
Carrot
- 80 grams
•
Cucumber
- 120 grams
•
Mint
- few leaves
•
Salt
- 2 pinches
•
Palm sugar (powdered)
- 2 teaspoons
•
Honey
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1.
Wash
all the
vegetables
properly & then
cut
.
2. Check for the bitterness from
cucumber
and then
cut
into convenient sized pieces.
3. First put
mint
in the extractor goblet followed by other
vegetables
.
4. After extracting the juice
add
salt
,
palm sugar
,
honey
and
mix
well.
5.
Serve
in tall glass garnished with little chopped
mint
and top with crushed ice.
