Tomato Capsicum Carrot Smoothie

Tomato
- 100 grams
•
Carrot
- 200 grams
•
Beetroot
- 50 grams
•
Capsicum
- 25 grams
•
Celery
- 1 stalk
•
Curry leaves
- 20
•
Coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
White pepper powder
- 2 pinches
•
Lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon
Method
1.
Scrape
outer skin and
cut
beetroot
into big pieces.
2. Take one fourth of the
capsicum
.
3.
Cut
celery
into 1½ inch pieces.
4. First put
capsicum
piece and then push bunched up
greens
,
celery
into the goblet followed by hard
vegetables
and then soft
vegetables
.
5.
Mix
other
ingredients
with the extract.
6.
Pour
in a tall glass and
serve
immediately with crushed ice on top.
