Method
1. Whip
eggs
with
salt
,
pepper
and
garam masala powder
.
2.
Add
1 tablespoon of
milk
or
water
to two
eggs
.
3.
Fry
sliced tomatoes in butter, season with
pepper
,
chilly powder
and
salt
.
4.
Heat
butter in a pan,
pour
omelette, put in the tomato stuffing before folding.
5. Use cooked macaroni or vermicelli with
seasonings
as stuffing.
