Stuffed Egg Parathas

Ingredients

Wheat flour
- 1 cup
•
Salt
- as required
•
Egg
- 1
•
Chilly paste
- 1 teaspoon
•
Onion
- 1
Method
1.
Mix
wheat flour
with enough
salt
and
water
.
2. Knead into a smooth dough,
keep
closed for few hours.
3.
Scramble
the
eggs
, quickly with
onions
,
chilly paste
and enough
salt
, using a fork to
mix
it.
4.
Make
one chapati of medium thickness.
5.
Spread
little
mixture
on top, top with another chapati of the same size, with the help of little
water
around and in between the chapatis press and seal well.
6.
Roll
into big paratha and
fry
on a hot tawa with enough
oil
on both sides.
7.
Serve
with mint or coriander chutney.
