Sour Coriander Chutney

Ingredients

• • Onions (peeled, small) - 10
• • Green chillies - 3
• • Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
• • Tamarind - small lime size
• • Salt - as required

Ingredients For Seasoning

• • Oil - 1 teaspoon
• • Mustard seeds - ¼ teaspoon

Method

• 1. Grind all the mentioned ingredients together to coarse paste.
• 2. Heat little oil, add mustard, allow to splutter and add to chutney.
