Small Onion Garlic Chutney

Ingredients
•
Onions (peeled, small)
- 1 cup
•
Garlic (peeled)
- 10 flakes
•
Red chillies
- 7
•
Coconut (grated, fresh)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Tamarind
- lime size
•
Oil (for frying)
- as required
Ingredients For Seasoning
•
Oil
- 1 teaspoon
•
Mustard seeds
- ΒΌ teaspoon
•
Curry leaves
- 1 sprig
•
Asafoetida
- 2 pinches
Method
1.
Heat
a teaspoon of
oil
and
fry
red chillies
until crisp.
2.
Take out
and
keep
it aside in a plate.
3.
Add
little more
oil
in the
frying
pan, and
fry
garlic
and
onion
until transparent.
4. Allow everything to obtain room temperature.
5.
Grind
roasted, fried
ingredients
along with
coconut
,
salt
,
tamarind
to a coarse consistency.
6.
Heat
little
oil
separately
add
seasonings
and then
mix
with chutney.
