Small Onion Chutney

Ingredients

• • Onions (peeled, small) - 1 cup
• • Red chillies - 10
• • Salt - as required
• • Gingelly oil - 2 tablespoons
• • Mustard seeds - ½ teaspoon

Method

• 1. Grind chillies, onion and salt to coarse paste.
• 2. Heat oil, season with mustard and fry the ground paste till oil separates.

Variations

• • Add one tomato and little tamarind while grinding.
