Seppan Kizhangu Curry

Ingredients

Arbi/Seppankizhangu
- 500 grams
•
Salt
- as required
•
Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Sambar powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Oil
- 1 tablespoon
•
Mustard
- ¾ teaspoon
Method
1. Pressure
cook
arbi
for 3 whistles.
2.
Peel
off the skin and
slice
it into thick circles.
3.
Add
salt
,
turmeric powder
,
sambar powder
and
mix
well and
keep
.
4.
Heat
oil
,
add
mustard seeds
and cooked
arbi
and saute till it becomes crispy.
5. Drizzle some more
oil
if its too dry.
