Scrambled Eggs in Tomato Curry

Ingredients

Eggs
- 4
•
Onions (sliced)
- 2
•
Tomatoes (prepare: grind separately)
- 3

Oil
- 3 tablespoons
•
Salt
- as required
•
Butter
- 2 teaspoons
•
Garam masala powder
- ½ teaspoon
Ingredients For Grinding Together
•
Red chillies
- 6
•
Dhania
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
Turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Garlic
- 6 flakes
•
Ginger
- ½ inch piece
•
Coconut (grated)
- 3 tablespoons
•
Coriander leaves
- 1 bunch
Method
1.
Heat
oil
and
fry
onions
for one or two minutes.
2.
Pour
tomato
pulp and
boil
for few minutes.
3.
Add
ground
mixture
with enough
salt
and little sugar.
4.
Boil
till gravy becomes thick.
5. In the mean time,
heat
butter
in a pan and quickly
scramble
eggs
using a fork.
6. Season with
salt
,
chilly
powder
and little
pepper
.
7.
Add
this to the
boiling
gravy.
8. Sprinkle
garam masala powder
and
remove
from fire.
