Method
1.
Make
a thin batter with
maida

salt
and
water
.
2.
Pour
like dosas, as thin as possible.
3.
Scramble
the
eggs
with desired
seasonings
,
keep
a tablespoon of scrambled
egg
on the dosa and
roll
like a swiss
roll
.
4.
Serve
hot.
