Roasted Peanut Ginger Chutney

Peanuts (roasted, dehusked)
- ½ cup
•
Red chillies
- 4
•
Ginger
- ½ inch piece
•
Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Oil (for seasoning)
- as required
•
Mustard seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
Method
1.
Roast
chillies
alone using very little
oil
.
2.
Add
roasted
peanuts
,
ginger
and
salt
to that.
3.
Grind
to coarse chutney consistency.
4.
Add
lemon juice
and
mix
well.
5. Season
mustard seeds
in little
oil
and
mix
with chutney.
