Roasted Peanut Garlic Chutney

Peanuts (roasted, dehusked)
- 1 cup

Garlic
- 2 flakes
•
Green chillies
- 6
•
Salt
- as required
•
Tamarind (soaked)
- small lime size
•
Onions (peeled, small)
- 7

Oil
- as required
Ingredients For Seasoning
•
Mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon
•
Urad dal
- 1 teaspoon
•
Curry leaves
- 2 sprigs
Method
1.
Grind
peanuts
with
green chillies
,
salt
,
garlic
and
tamarind
to coarse chutney consistency.
2.
Add
peeled small
onion
and
grind
at the end to
coarse paste
.
3.
Heat
oil
add
mustard seeds
,
urad dal
,
curry leaves
and
mix
with chutney.
