Roasted Peanut Chutney

Ingredients

• • Peanuts (roasted) - 1 cup
• • Green chillies - 6
• • Tamarind paste - a little
• • Salt - as required

Ingredients For Seasoning

• • Oil - 1 teaspoon
• • Mustard seeds - ¼ teaspoon

Method

• 1. Dehusk roasted nuts.
• 2. Add salt, chillies, tamarind paste with that and grind to thick paste.
• 3. Put it in an air-tight container and keep it in refrigerator.
