Roasted Gram Chutney

Red chillies

Grams (roasted)
- 1 cup
•
Coconut (grated, fresh)
- 2 teaspoons
•
Garlic (peeled)
- 2 flakes
•
Salt
- as required
Ingredients For Seasoning
•
Mustard seeds
- ΒΌ teaspoon
•
Asafoetida
- 2 pinches
Method
1.
Grind
all the mentioned
ingredients
with just enough
water
to coarse chutney consistency.
2. Dilute the chutney with more
water
to
make
it little watery.
3.
Heat
little
oil
, season with
mustard seeds
,
asafoetida
and
mix
with chutney and
serve
.
