Roasted Chilly Onion Chutney

Ingredients

• • Red chillies (long) - 10
• • Onion (diced) - ½ kg
• • Garlic (peeled) - 2 flakes
• • Salt - as required
• • Oil - ½ teaspoon

Method

• 1. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry red chillies in that until chillies tum into dark brown in colour.
• 2. Break the chillies into two or three pieces and put it in the mixie along with salt, garlic and diced onions.
• 3. Grind to a coarse chutney consistency.
