Ripe Tomato Pachadi

Tomatoes (ripe)
- 1 cup
•
Green chillies
- 5
•
Garlic
- 4 flakes
•
Cumin seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Oil (for seasoning)
- as required
•
Mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1.
Heat
little
oil
and
fry
cumin
,
chillies
and then
tomatoes
till moisture is absorbed completely.
2.
Grind
to
coarse paste
with
salt
and
garlic
.
3. Splutter
mustard
in hot
oil
and
mix
with pachadi.
