Rice Flour Chapati

Ingredients
•
Rice flour
- 2 cups
•
Salt
- 2 teaspoons
•
Oil (for the dough)
- 2 teaspoons
•
Water
- 3 cups
Method
1.
Heat
water
in a heavy bottom vessel with
salt
and
oil
.
2. When it starts
boiling
reduce
flame and
pour
complete
flour
as one lump in the center of that
water
.
3. Insert a ladle in the middle, close with a lid and
cook
in reduced flame for 10 minutes.
4.
Remove
from fire and quickly
mix
it with the ladle.
5. When it becomes lukewarm, knead to smooth dough by sprinkling more
water
if necessary.
6.
Make
small orange sized balls and
roll
chapatis, using
rice flour
for dredging.
7.
Fry
on a hot tawa using one Teaspoon of
oil
for each Chapati.
