Red Dhania Chicken

Ingredients
•
Chicken (cut into pieces of your choice)
- 1 kg
•
Dhania powder
- 8 tablespoons
•
Garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons
•
Ginger paste
- 2 teaspoons
•
Salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
Garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Tomato puree
- 1 cup
•
Red chilly powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
Sugar
- 1 teaspoon
(optional)
Ingredients For Garnishing
•
Coriander leaves (chopped)
- as required
Method
1.
Heat
a non stick pan.
2.
Add
tomato puree
,
chicken
& all the
seasonings
including
garlic
&
ginger paste
.
3.
Mix
well.
Add
½ cup
water
.
Cover
. Lower
heat
and let it
cook
for 4-5 minutes.
4.
Stir
well and let it
simmer
till
chicken
is tender.
5. Increase
heat
and dry as much as you like (can
keep
a little gravy or
make
it dry -your choice).
6.
Serve
hot sprinkled with lots of fresh chopped
coriander leaves
.
