Ingredients

Semolinas/Rawa
- ½ cup
•
Sugar
- ¾ cup
•
Cashew nuts
- 1 tablespoon
•
Raisins
- 1 tablespoon
•
Cardamons (powdered)
- 3
•
Ghee
- 2 tablespoons
•
Saffron
- a pinch
•
Milk (for diluting saffron)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Water
- 1 ½ cups
Method
1.
Fry
cashew nuts
and
raisins
with
ghee
, until golden brown.
Keep
aside.
2. Warm up some
milk
,
add
Saffron
.
Keep
aside.
3.
Fry
semolina
/
rawa
in
ghee
for a few minutes - do not
make
it go brown.
Keep
aside.
4.
Boil
water
,
add
semolina
and
cook
until it thickens.
5.
Add
sugar
, let it dissolve.
Mix
until the
mixture
thickens again.
6.
Add
saffron
,
cardamons
,
cashew nuts
and
raisins
.
7.
Serve
and garnish.
